Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive growth and increase brand awareness. This role requires a strong background in analytics, market research, and digital marketing strategies.

Duties:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives

- Conduct community/market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape

- Create and manage content marketing initiatives across various programs

- Oversee performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion

- Collaborate with management team to align marketing efforts with services and calendar of work

- Manage e-commerce platforms and optimize online programs

- Utilize social media marketing to engage with target audience and build brand loyalty

- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency

- Motivate and manage with creative teams to develop impactful marketing collateral using customized software

- Interview and assist with hiring new outreach staff; work closely with Human Resources. Orient and assign staff positions.

- Develop and provide departmental orientation to newly hired outreach staff, coordinate any ongoing training and development activities.

- Supervise and manage outreach staff, which includes setting goals and providing guidance and constructive performance assessments (quarterly and annually).

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing strategies

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- In-depth knowledge of content marketing, performance marketing, and social media marketing best practices

- Experience in product management and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable

- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools for campaign management

- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing marketing materials

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,539.00 - $69,533.00 per year
