Now Hiring - Northtown Automotive Companies - Retail Sales Sales Associate in Amherst, NY

Occupational Summary:

• Northtown is currently looking for Sales Associates, at multiple brands, to present and sell new/used vehicles to customers while also creating an amazing customer experience and meeting the dealership standards relative to gross profit and volume. This position also translates very well to applicants who have previous worked in a retail setting and want to take their career to the next step.

Pay Structure:
This is a commission based pay plan that ranges from $50,000 - $100,000 / year

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 7pm availability required
Saturday: 9am - 5pm required
Days off would include one weekday and every Sunday.

Qualifications:

• Valid, and active, Driver's License required
• Previous, successful, customer service experience is required
• Previous Sales experience is preferred, but not required
• The basic ability to calculate figures and amounts such as add, subtract, calculate discounts, interest, commission, and percentages
• Exceptionally strong communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate smartphone, tablet and PC
