Are you passionate about renewable energy and making a positive impact on the environment? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Outside Field Solar Qualifier. As a Solar Qualifier, you'll play a crucial role in helping homeowners transition to clean, affordable solar energy. Your responsibilities will include assessing homes for solar suitability based on roof condition and shading, educating homeowners on our no out of pocket cost solar program, and assisting them in accessing their energy consumption data. You'll be the first point of contact, guiding homeowners through the process and scheduling appointments with our specialists to design a custom solar solution in real time.

This is a dynamic field position where you'll be outdoors, engaging with homeowners Monday through Saturday from 12 to 8 PM or until dark. We're looking for candidates who are self-motivated, personable, and eager to learn. While no prior solar experience is required, a background in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Pay: $68,661.45 - $336,244.00 per year
