Full description of the position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join us at SISU, where we're pioneering revolutionary and intuitive robotic technology across diverse industries, from Hollywood movie-making to precision knife sharpening.


As an Account Executive, you'll spearhead efforts to drive new business sales and revenue generation within our cinema robotics division. Your role will encompass not only effectively managing sales leads and identifying opportunities for creators to leverage our technology but also nurturing and managing customer relationships post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.


This is a full-time onsite position.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Present solutions effectively, highlighting potential value to prospective customers.
  • Proactively identify and qualify leads, converting them into new business opportunities and revenue.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to meet monthly quotas and contribute to team success.
  • Establish industry connections, foster trust, and expand the network.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of clients and sales activity.
  • Ensure seamless follow-up on client production orders and troubleshoot any arising issues.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate and enhance sales effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated 2-5 years of solutions-based sales experience.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales quotas while delivering excellent customer support in client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques across various mediums, including phone, email, and online audio/web conferencing.
  • Experience in developing new business from marketing leads and self-sourced prospecting.
  • Strong product demonstration skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, competitive, and tenacious.
  • Exceptional time management, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in calendar, inbox, and pipeline management.
  • Articulate, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in the film industry preferred, but not necessary.
