Insurance Customer Service Representative/Producer

Bouvier Insurance is looking for a full-time Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance CSR/Producer that thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivated to help our agency grow.

Job Type: Insurance Sales and Service

Job Location: Raceland, LA 70394

Work Setting: In Person Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Manager

Pay: Hourly plus Incentive Pay

Requirements:

• Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 2 or more years of experience in property and casualty insurance
• Team-oriented with excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Experience software such as Outlook, Agency Management Systems, Raters, Carrier Software
• Ability to work with goals
• Must be able to put the customer first
• Education: High School or Equivalent

Job Description:

• With appropriate attention to detail, issue insurance documentation, take payments, resolve customer requests, pursue leads, and promote agency growth.
• Maintain customer and carrier relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer requests by assisting them with policy requests and changes.
• Establish relationships with prospective clients
