CCPI has grown a reliable network of dry ice distribution facilities located strategically throughout the United States and Canada. Our expansive production and distribution network ensures that CCPI can quickly react to ever changing customer needs and provide our customers with an excellent service experience.

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Los Angeles CA (CA, NV, OR)

This position is M-F remote, with 35%-45%travel within territory. Ideal Candidate should reside near Los Angeles CA San Francisco CA

Are you looking for a position where you can travel and have unlimited earning potential? As the largest provider of Dry Ice in the US, we are looking to hire an experienced Outside Sales Representative. Our OSR is in charge of all aspects of dry ice sales to include distribution and application equipment. The position is also responsible for working with our established clients while striving to create new ones. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sustain high level of personal safety performance and regulatory compliance.
• Direct rewarding growth of your regions business potential.
• Discover and create new business opportunities.
• Negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales.
• Build relationships with current clients to augment gross profit.
• Deliver top notch product and application assistance to customers and prospects.
• Coordinate and manage communication and support between Customer and CCPI.
• Timely reporting of sales efforts to sales management.
• Recognize cross-selling opportunities and furnish information to other team members.
• Assist with collections concerns, customer issues, and asset management as required.
• Present demonstrations essential for equipment.
• Apply value created selling expertise.
• Price attainment initiatives.
• Travel within designated territory up to 25-50% of the time, including some overnight travel.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

COMMUNICATION

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, clients, vendors, managers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION

• Valid Driver's License
• 5 years related experience and/or training.
• College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, employment history verification, and criminal records check
