Full description of the position

Stealth Aerospace is airplane parts distributor who has been in business for over 25 years. We have an administrative position available now to assist in various office operations, such as order entry, provide prices to customers, answer emails, and various other office tasks including but not limited to: assistance in sales processes, answering phones, data entry, scanning, shredding etc. Most of the day is spent in front of the computer. Business hours are M-F, 7:00am to 4:30PM.

Competencies/Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment background investigation.
• Must be able to type without looking at the keyboard.
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills, especially in writing emails.
• Knowledge of good computer operation, ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook and (QuickBooks a plus).
• Experience in Aviation/Aerospace industry is a plus but not required.
