Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Properly qualify customers needs and wants, to make strong recommendations.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their key benefits and value.
• Recruit referral business partners such as building contractors, cabinet shops, designers, landlords, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
• Maximize profit opportunity on every sale, including accessories, services, warranties, and add-ons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
