Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.

Duties:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients

- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in technical sales or business development

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
