Full description of the position

Introduction:

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience, engaging in genuine conversion with our guests regarding our services and products and achieving your individual sales goals.

We will equip you with the tools you need to be successful and delight our guests on every visit.

Pay and Benefits:

We are committed to recognizing great performance with earnings ranging from $15 to $25 or more per hour. Our compensation structure includes a base pay as well as commissions and incentives.

What we are looking for:

An individual with an upbeat personality with a guest-first mindset.

A passion for making others look and feel their best.

Previous consultation, sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Minimum of 1 year sales experience required.

Responsibilities:

Representing European Wax Centers values and bringing a positive attitude to work every day.

Educating our guests on the benefits of waxing consistently and recommending service packages and products that meet our guests needs.

Managing reservation books and handling the daily flow of guests checking in and out.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the center.

This position is with Botany Bay Wax Company, a multi-unit franchisee of European Wax Center with multiple centers throughout Rhode Island.
