POSITION: Inside Sales/CSR:

If youre customer focused, passionate about customer service and satisfaction, have a positive attitude with a strong desire to close the sale, solutions driven and motivated to learn, we can teach you the rest!

Your primary responsibility will be to address the service needs of our customers. Orders and inquiries are received via phone, emails, and walk-ins. Youll consult with trade professionals and do-it-your-selfers, assisting in their material needs and working to find solutions. It will take strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail as you juggle several demands at once.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Acknowledge and respond in a timely fashion to all order requests, and submitted quotes
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Recognize opportunities to generate sales leads and new customer development
• Be able to think on your feet

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of one year proven customer service experience and inside sales is a definite asset
• Computer skills such as MS office, etc. is a definite asset
• Clear communication and effective listening skills
• Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette
• Strong math skills
• Must know how to accurately read a tape measure
• Must be able to convert fractions to decimals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
