Now Hiring - Rewired Connections - Professional Services Regional Sales Associate in Plano, TX

We are looking for a highly effective and motivated sales representative to work with one of our current clients to maintain new and existing customers, introduce our products, manage regional territories, and achieve sales objectives in their region. This role is responsible for driving results with either AT&T, Ready Refresh, or Just Energy's. The position is responsible for the execution of the sales action plan for their assigned region.

CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN TEXAS. Extensive (up to 50%) travel.

RESPONISBILITIES

• Represent our brands and grow sales in territory
• Drive new business and achieve targeted sales goals
• Develop, cultivate, and manage leads for key products and new product introductions
• Travel across territory to meet with key accounts and target leads
• Attend events related to sales growth and brand development
• Train End Users in Products and Applications
• Identify key direct accounts and work with Arlon team to develop sales plan for each target.

SALES PLANNING & ADMINISTRATION

• Report sales activities in Hubspot
• Independently manage accounts and opportunities
• Own customer satisfaction of account list and coordinate with personnel to achieve expectations.
• Provide market feedback on needed capabilities/resources.
• Assist with the development of Strategy Deployment and Action Plans to achieve objectives.
• Provide Weekly Reports based upon Strategy Deployment
• Communicate opportunities and travel plans to supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in relevant field or a combination of minimum high school degree (or equivalent) and applicable experience.
• Minimum (2) years of recent experience in a similar role.
• Ability, availability and willingness to travel as required by business needs, with acceptable driving history and valid driver license and travel documents.
• Superior communication skills in the English AND/OR Spanish

• Demonstrates strong commitment to organizational goals and acts in the best interest of the company.
• Experience or familiarity with the sign/graphics market (preferred, not required)
