Josies Boutique has been Knoxville, Tennessees one stop style shop for womens clothing since 2000. We are a mother daughter owned and operated growing small business looking to expand our team.

Position: Retail Merchandising Manager

Location: Powell, TN

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Leads the team to foster a customer focused culture through providing high quality customer service and anticipating customer needs.
• Holds self and sales associates accountable for upholding Josies Boutique brand standard and values.
• Maintain and update store displays, ensuring they reflect current promotions, trends, and seasonal themes.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute floor layouts and product placements for optimal traffic flow and sales performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment processes to ensure adequate stock availability on the sales floor.
• Ability to independently manage the daily workflow through planning and delegation based on customer and store needs.

Requirements:

• MUST have 2+ years of previous retail experience, preferably in womens apparel.
• Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising techniques and principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be living locally in the Knoxville area year round.
