Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams

- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
