Are you a highly motivated and experienced professional with a background in roofing? We are seeking a skilled Roofing Consultant to join our team at Shumaker Roofing. We have been in business for over 75 years and most of our consultants have been with us for quite some time. We are looking to expand and take our business to the next level with the right people. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the roofing industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients to assess their roofing needs.
• Inspect the exterior of clients homes for damage and consult on appropriate solutions.
• Create estimates and provide recommendations on our products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures, practices and industry regulations.
• Attend regular sales meetings and trainings.
• Meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets.

• Must be able to work independently yet have a team player mindset.
• Previous experience in the roofing industry or similar preferred.
