Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge, part of the award-winning Walker Methodist family of communities, seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales and marketing strategies of the Campus. Sales duties include: achieving and exceeding budgeted occupancy, maintain an active Neighbors on Deck program (wait list), building relationships with prospects and nurturing through defined sales process, referral development, achieving and exceeding sales conversion goals and managing the sales database. Marketing duties include: developing and implementing the annual marketing plan. A reflection of Walker Methodist and the companys mission, vision, values, proven sales success, customer service excellence, and being a positive team member are core qualities of success.

Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge provides 126 apartments offering expert assisted and independent living to residents, a neighborhood or 24 memory care apartments, and 10 enhanced assisted living care suites.

Schedule:

M-F with occasional evening's and/or weekends

Minimum qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration with Sales and Marketing Specialization, Communications, Health Care or related
• Minimum of three years of sales experience
• Experience in independent or assisted living setting required
• Finesse in sales systems and understanding the different styles of selling
• Proven success in building positive relationships and an environment of trust
• Genuine interest in interaction with older adults and their families
• Self-motivated, driven, highly innovative and growth-focused attitude
• Personal passion for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with internal and external customers
• Strong computer skills
