Immediate need for Sales Manager / Office Manager seeking growing, high tech and well-known. Directly supervises 10 - 20 employees in the sales, experience interviewing, hiring, and training employees and experience negotiating prices will be keys to success in this organization. Will be responsible for promoting company's products, follow up on any and all sales leads provided for the territory and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales for Electronics, Components, and Semiconductor Mfg. company. Must have OEM Business experience. Some sales experience but also acts as the office manager who conducts general office affairs, handling the management / maintenance of overall office activities. Good HR knowledge and experience of being a manager position is required. Business experience within Silicon Valley companies is strongly preferred.
