Job Description:

The person we are searching for has industrial product knowledge covering mechanical components of industrial equipment typically found in large sawmills and mining operations. This person also understands the value of long term customer relationships. This person will be trained for estimating and inside sales for our Grizzly Mfg division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in meeting established sales goals and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our corporate growth strategy. The ability to progressively learn our products is a key component to your success. This person will be expected to prepare and present regular progress updates on assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Duties/Responsibilities:

Utilize our MRP system to create estimates

Utilize our MRP system to create items in our inventory master

Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.

Consults with potential customers to understand their needs

Resolves customer complaints and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.

Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

Perform as a member of cross functional teams across multiple company divisions

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Performs other duties as assigned.

No outside travel to customer sites is required

Education and Experience:

Mfg experience in an industrial setting, or related technical background

Proven track record of industrial sales experience required.

At least 5-7 years of sales experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
