Full description of the position

• Fields inbound phone calls daily; make outbound phone calls to gain new growth for dealership.

• Generate appointments for sales team for possible sales

• Efficiently record all customer interaction activity in the Companys customer database system; enter notes in a timely basis and write in professional, clear, grammatically correct manner with complete details listed.

• Effectively manages special tasks as assigned by BDC or Sales management to contribute to overall team success

• Meet individual and team goals and initiative, for example hourly goals, monthly, and annual goals

• Provides daily, monthly, and quarterly progress updates to BDC or Sales management

• Learn and adapt to changing needs of BDC campaigns by given deadline.

• Communicates effectively with possible customers within established time frames.

• Encourages clients to visit the dealership

Requirements:

• 2+ years in position of customer service representative or similar positions in retail industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; retail related experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual- English and Spanish is a must)

• CA Sales License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
