Landers Buick GMC is looking for a full-time Receptionist/Service Appointment Scheduler/Business Development Center Agent for our Service Department. We are seeking a highly energetic, motivated and organized individual for this position. Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and satisfy customer inquiries, as well as schedule appointments for our customers who wish to have their vehicle serviced.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls
• Setting service appointments
• Setting mobile service appointments
• Looking up customer tickets
• Making outbound calls on recall campaigns
• Setting up vehicle pickup and delivery

Requirements:

• Experience as a Receptionist
• Customer Service Experience
• Appointment setting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
