We have an immediate full-time opening for an individual who enjoys being a team player, loves working with people and wants to provide the best service for each client.

This opening is a support position to Sales.

You will be a primary contact for all order details and relationship management for our Pharmaceutical clients' printing needs.

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the following key criteria:

- Strong communication skills via phone and email to interact professionally amongst co-workers, management, and clients.

- Ability to work with a high-demand/high-volume team who is driven to provide results and establish strong rapport with their clients.

- Document and communicate projects both internally within various departments and systems as well as externally to vendors and clients.

- Possess strong organizational skills and comprehension of details to ensure deadlines are met and orders are fulfilled completely and accurately.

- Problem solve effectively and in a timely manner.

- Microsoft Suite knowledge is a STRONG plus, specifically working and navigating in Excel.

-Adobe suite knowledge is a plus, working with programs such as acrobat to preflight files.

- Desire to learn and grow professionally in the printing industry!

This is an entry / mid-level position that we are looking to fill asap. This IS NOT a call-center type position. It is also NOT a remote position. It is a very dynamic, rewarding work environment where YOU will be a key reason our clients love to work with us. We have a serious, but fun work environment, where many of our employees have 10+ years with the company, choosing to make Universal their career.

$15 - $19 / hr to start depending on relevant experience, with scheduled reviews & payscale increases.

-Merit based bonuses throughout the year and year-end bonus based on annual company success for that given year.

-Education: Minimum of a Technical or College Degree preferred or equivalent / relevant experience.

Experience in the printing industry is a plus but not required. Training will be provided to ensure success in your new career!

2 - Inventory Management and Fulfillment Over our past 40 years, we have worked establishing ourselves as experts in this area. Working with the worlds most renowned pharmaceutical companies, CRO's, medical facilities, and academic institutions, we repeatedly excel in document management, inventory management, fulfillment, and version control. In addition to providing top-notch printing, design, translations, sophisticated personalization, and complex kitting, we also have a long history of familiarity with the various requirements for both domestic and world-wide distribution.

3 - Commercial & Digital Printing Five color 28 commercial printing with aqueous coating. Providing High Quality, short to medium run lengths, at a very fast pace. Digital B&W and Full Color printing with complex variable data printing and direct mail. Letter shop with inkjet printing and complete presort software for best postal rates.

4 - Multi-Channel Marketing Our clients benefit from our expertise in utilizing personalized URL's to deliver much higher response rates than traditional direct mail. Results are tracked and measured with actionable items delivered directly to sales or customer service form immediate response.

5 - Graphic Design Agency From idea development and implementation, to utilizing the innovative tools of the Internet and conventional print, we deliver outstanding results for our clients. Large format printing, done with Eco-solvent inks, can turn your ideas into powerful pop-up banners and signs with vibrant images and graphics to achieve your desired training, marketing and trade show results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
