Apply today for our Internal Bilingual Account Manager/Recruiter position!

Hours: 9 am - 6 pm , some weekends

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with the onboarding process
• Collecting hours from external employees and verifying with customers to ensure accurate payouts
• Monitor, resolve, or direct complaints, issues, or injuries
• Answering incoming calls and returning phone messages
• Send routine information by phone, text, or email
• Entering information into the database
• Performing office support tasks
• Establish and maintain positive work-appropriate relationships

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• General Knowledge of Technology
• Google Suite & Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Typing with accuracy and proficiency.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Experience with Sales preferred
• Basic mathematical skills

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands and Abilities

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position majority of the time
• Keyboarding- entering data into a computer or other system
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office equipment
• Occasionally move boxes between 5-10 pounds
• Vision abilities include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Bilingual is a plus!
