Key Responsibilities:
Engage with and nurture leads from our Zillow Flex lead system.
Organize and conduct home showings and property inspections.
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the most beneficial price under optimum terms.
Update and maintain listings of available properties.
Foster networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
Ability to work independently coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Quick thinker with the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
Real estate agents or brokers license.
