Who we need:
We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Condominium General Manager to oversee a 100+ luxury community on the Boston Waterfront. Attractive annual salary and bonus.
What youll do:

• Oversee the day to day operation including but not limited to supervision and motivation of valet, door attendant and concierge staff. Prepare and oversee annual operating budget. The General Manager will foster positive relationships with the building residents and Board of Trustees. Ensure that building services are consistently delivered to residents. Negotiate building service contracts. Ensure timely and professional maintenance of common areas. Prepare for routine Board of Trustees meetings and report on building activity including review and comment monthly income and expense against budget.

What were looking for:

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years experience in condominium property management
• CPM or PCAM Designation a plus
