Job Description:

Motorcycle Sales Associate: Boswell's Harley-Davidson is always looking for exceptional people to become part of our dealerships team. We have a Motorcycle Sales Associate position open and are currently taking resumes. Sales isnt just about selling a product, its about attitude, communication, excitement, having fun and understanding what providing a memorable experience is all about. The culture of this dealership is that the relationship doesnt end once the motorcycle is purchased, it has just begun. You love to interact with people, are professional, self-motivated, genuine, honest, fun, friendly, have a great attitude, pay attention to the details and believe in the product, the brand and the Harley-Davidson Culture. • Selling the fun and excitement of Harley-Davidson to customers
• Following a structured, value-based sales process
• Following up with customers and cultivating prospects

Sales Associate Qualifications and Requirements:

• Sales experience is preferred, but not required. We encourage those with hospitality, customer service, insurance, mortgage and financial industries to apply
• Harley-Davidson experience is preferred
• Must be willing to work weekends and on a flexible schedule
• Be outgoing with a high energy, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Drivers license with motorcycle endorsement or wilingess to acquire and clean driving record

Pay: Base salary plus commission.
