Deluxe is a supplier of displayed general merchandise & impulse programs. Our company maximizes a locations selling potential by developing profitable floor and counter displays. Deluxe has achieved success for 30+ years by providing businesses with affordable wholesale items.

Deluxe is searching for experienced account managers to join our sales team in our Carson office! Are you a self-driven, motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales? As an Account Manager you will:
Build and maintain relationships with your customers & leads via phone, email, mailers and web-based programs.
Receive a base salary & commission. Sales reps have uncapped earning potential and should be self-motivated to increase their take home and potential bonuses.

Sales reps are responsible for building & maintaining their customer base. New accounts will also be provided to you. Please understand that your customer base should grow quickly.

The qualified candidate should:
Have superb communication and organizational skills
Demonstrate the ability to meet/exceed goals
Be highly ambitious, self-motivated & growth orientated
Be computer literate -- emails, internet
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

To maintain high levels of customer retention.

Fluency in Spanish or other languages will be considered a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
