### Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team at our retail store Kick it Kicks. We are a buy, sell, trade sneaker / streetwear store. Hiring a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for technology and sales.

### Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

### Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless or technical products is an advantage

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
