Pacific Coast Avionics (PCA) has an immediate need for an inside Sales Representative. No cold calling or outbound sales effort necessary. Wage will be based on experience with commission pay.

PCA has been in business for over 33 years and has become a well know and established global leader in the avionics and pilot supplies business. We're looking for a motivated and positive individual to work our avionics showroom, located right on the Aurora Airport. Our sales team interacts with pilots and aircraft owners from around the world via in bound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Our ideal candidate holds at least a Private Pilot Certificate, has a passion for aviation, and is familiar with the different types of equipment used by general aviation pilots inside and out of the cockpit. Ideally in this role you will employ a consultative and educational approach to assisting fellow aviators with purchasing appropriate equipment from leading brands.

We don't expect our new team member to know everything or be a technical expert. Rather, they should bring a familiarity and willingness to learn about the technology and products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous knowledge of aviation
• Private Pilots license or higher and active in aviation community
• 2+ years of customer service sales experience
• Self Motivated
• Willingness to learn

Due to the nature of the business and work preformed at PCA, drug testing prior to hire is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Aviation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Private Pilot Certification (Preferred)
