Responsibilities


Client Acquisition: Generate leads and actively prospect potential clients through various channels.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets.

Consultative Selling: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most relevant and competitive insurance options.



Requirements


Experience: Proven experience in high-volume insurance sales, preferably in a remote work environment.

Insurance License: Must possess a valid insurance license for the state of Arkansas or be willing to obtain one.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote work setting.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
