We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people lives. To sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. Insurance sales agents are in demand. The majority of activity in this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to existing and prospective clients. The right candidate can make $60,000 per year or more working for our agency!

• Salary: $30000 - $40000 per year depending on experience and licenses

Job Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Make 100+ phone calls per day.

Job Requirements

• Works well with other employees and is a team player

• Possess a property & casualty insurance license.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
