The Inside Sales Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers who have reached out to us looking for our assistance. This role is responsible for qualifying potential customers and transferring qualified customers to our certified enrollment specialists.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office position (not remote) that will require you to work in our office in West Palm Beach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle 200 calls per day (both inbound an outbound)
• Read from script to properly engage and pre-qualify potential clients
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor
• Identify the customers objectives and provide possible solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some call center/sales experience is preferred
• Must have a positive, upbeat and professional attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus!
• Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office, Google and CRM
• Be result driven and goal oriented
• Must be punctual and reliable!

Hours: Mon-Thurs 9:00a-6:00p and Fridays 9:00a-5:00p
Compensation: Starts at $15 per hour plus commission and Bonuses.
