Broadband Dynamics and Broadband Dynamics Cloud Services are leaders in providing IP based voice service, UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS service offerings to corporate clients across North America. To support our continued growth, Broadband Dynamics is hiring a full-time, experienced Sales Development professional for the purposes of lead generation and appointment setting in our Scottsdale AZ office.

Primary Responsibilities:

Outbound calling including identifying new business opportunities with cold contacts to generate new proposals or schedule follow up calls for demos.

Identify and contact key decision makers to discuss potential solutions offered by Broadband Dynamics and generate new potential business.

Update and maintain Salesforce prospect database on a daily basis and schedule necessary follow-up.

Leverage sales intelligence tools, such as Zoom Info, LinkedIn Navigator, and Salesforce to identify new business opportunities by initiating direct communication with cold contacts through outbound calls and instant messaging.

Effectively communicate with C-level decision makers to educate them about potential solutions offered by Broadband Dynamics

Work closely with internal sales executives and engineering team to close new sales.

Achieve and surpass monthly targets and goals.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

At least one year of proven success in outbound sales or lead generation

Prior sales experience in Telecom or Software sales a plus but not required

Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement

Excellent written and oral communication skills with both internal and external customers

Strong understanding of LinkedIn Navigator and Salesforce

Compensation:

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year plus commission
