Full description of the position

We are looking for located Korean/ English Bilingual Account Management Specialist at a global distribution company located near Nashville, Tennessee. Ideal candidate will have good communication skills and understanding of manufacturer/ business needs.

Responsibilities - Korean/ English Bilingual Account Management Specialist:

Research new market for potential new client businesses and establish the profile

Assist maintain the relationship with new and existing clients accounts.

Support manufacturing clients to develop and strengthen customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and service.

Support and manage new and existing customer base through inventory control, handling of customer inquiries, customer complaints and other miscellaneous day-to-day business support functions.

Maintain communication with engineers and managements for update on account.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Korean/ English Bilingual Account Management Specialist:

Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication

At least 0-3 years of inside sales/ account management experience in preferably manufacturing industries.

Business-level in both Korean and English language

Proficient using MS Office Suite and ERP software.

Great communication skills

Great Negotiation Skills and Time Management Skills
