ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

Main Duties :

• Open and close front office
• Answer incoming calls and route to proper personnel
• Greet walk-in traffic and refer to proper personnel
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and express packages
• Rent collections
• Deliver incoming faxes
• Deliver outgoing mail to Post Office at the end of each day

Assist Leasing Agent with the following:

• Providing directions of properties with vacant units to callers and walk-ins
• Processing applications
• Drafting Leases
• Collection of rents and deposits
• Update rental listings
• Update and maintain current listings on Craigs List and other rental listing sites
• Advertising with deadlines
• Preparing various types of marketing material
• Special projects including mass mailings, mail merge documents, etc

Assist Property Supervisors with the following:

• Correspondence
• Mailings
• Maintenance requests
• Keys for vendors

Seasonal Duties:

• Assist with Isla Vista leasing, preparations for turnover inspections and move-ins

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English and Spanish (Preferred)

Work authorization:

• United States (Required)
