Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough inspections of residential roofs. Utilizing your keen eye for detail to identify signs of damage, wear and tear, and potential areas of concern.
• Assisting homeowners in the insurance claims process by accurately documenting and reporting damage. Ensuring that our customers receive fair and comprehensive coverage for necessary repairs or replacements.
• Fostering positive connections with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire restoration process..
• Utilizing communication skills to guide homeowners, helping them make informed decisions.

Experience:

• NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - We will train!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Must have valid drivers license and vehicle
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be comfortable walking on roofs up to two stories high
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
