Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for Security Guard Company sales.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in Salesforce or similar CRM software

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in staffing sales or related field

- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

- Strong technical aptitude to effectively sell technical products or services

- Fluent in Spanish is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
