Real Estate Agent Duties Below:

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers
- Prepare and submit offers, counteroffers, and lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes

Qualifications:
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse clients
- Strong customer service skills to provide excellent support to clients
- Previous experience in real estate administration is preferred
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
