Mindful Distributors seeks an enthusiastic, beer-knowledgeable sales professional to continue growing our thriving business in the Bay Area. We're looking for a salesperson in one of our biggest territories, who has beer knowledge, either from a Cicerone, pro-brewing, home-brewing or hospitality perspective. That person will help Mindful grow our very limited portfolio of super-talented brewers. Our model is different -- we represent only a small number of great breweries, and need a professional on our team to help share the stories of our brewers with our customers, who include restaurants, bars, delis, bodegas, and bigger off-premise markets.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a history of hard work towards reaching a difficult goal, and must be willing to work flexible hours, and sometimes night-time hours, to meet our customers when they work. Also, the successful candidate should have a car, or be willing to offer a travel solution which will allow them to meet with at least 18 customers per day.

This position offers competitive compensation within the framework of a small, start-up business. Interested candidates should be enthusiastic about working within a small, lean organization that works and plays together as a team regularly.

Experience:

• Outside sales: 1 year (Required)
• Brewing, Home-brewing or Hospitality: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Cicerone certification (Preferred)
