Brasseler is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor for our Inside Account Managers (IAM) team.

Job Overview

As an IAM Supervisor at Brasseler, you will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth and managing a dynamic team of inside sales representatives. Your leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in sales processes will be key to achieving success in generating revenue and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Management: Hire, train, and develop inside sales representatives; set clear performance expectations and goals; provide coaching and mentoring; manage schedules and workload.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies; set sales targets; create forecasts; identify market trends.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Design efficient sales processes; implement best practices; streamline workflows.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships; assist in sales negotiations; ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data; generate performance reports; use data to refine strategies.
  • Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing training; update the team on product and industry trends.
  • Technology and Tools: Implement and ensure proficiency in sales technologies.
  • Sales Collateral and Resources: Collaborate with marketing to develop supporting materials.
  • Performance Metrics and KPIs: Define and track KPIs; hold team accountable.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address team conflicts and challenges.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure legal and ethical sales practices.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on market and competitive trends.
  • Budget Management: Manage the team's budget.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication with other departments and senior management.
  • Goal Achievement: Drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated selling skills and leadership ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic Excel functions.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Travel typically not required.
  • Office environment, on-site or remote, with stable conditions.
  • Routine sitting, keyboarding, and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
