We are building a dedicated, hardworking team to help us build an industry-leading, premium cannabis company. We have locations in Fitchburg, MA, Brockton, MA and Salem, MA.

This position is based out of the Fitchburg, MA location, with a focus on sales in the South Shore area of Massachusetts.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an individual who has existing networks and relationships in the Massachusetts region. This position will require you to network, utilizing email, outgoing calls, and on-site visits to other dispensaries and events in the state.

Key Responsibilities

-Make a high volume of outbound calls, and emails to prospective and active buyers of AMP product.

-Set appointments and attend appointments with prospective buyers.

-Facilitating the growth of new and current customer base.

-Working with leadership on closing orders..

-Create and manage customer contact lists.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Education:

-Strong communication and sales skills, by telephone, email, and in person.

-Organized and efficient with good time management skills.

-Business to Business sales experience.

-Ability to work independently, as well as with a team with a positive attitude.

- 1+ years Cannabis wholesale sales experience is required.
