Sales Representative Compensation and Perks

• $100k plus earning potential
• Leads will be provided, but self-generation is highly encouraged

What is expected from the Sales Representative:

• Meet directly with homeowners and business owners to inspect and document any storm damage
• Create estimates based on industry specific software, drone footage, and personal inspection of the roof, siding, gutters, and windows
• Ability to present and close restoration agreements
• Follow up on leads and generate new ones
• Ability to set up a ladder and walk a residential or business roof
• Ability to pass an FAA Drone exam and achieve license (Company paid for)

What the Sales Representative will bring:

• Great communication skills
• Team player that is coachable and brings a positive attitude every day
• 2+ years of outside sales experience, roofing experience, or similar work environment preferred
• Strong computer/technical skills
• Comfortable working alone with little to no supervision
• Valid Driver's License

Earning potential: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
