Join our team at Total Basement Finishing of WNY, a leader in transforming basements into exciting new living spaces. We're in search of a dedicated Residential Basement Finishing Sales Specialist to enhance our client experiences and contribute to our growing operations.

Key Duties:

Conduct thorough evaluations of potential clients' basements, pinpointing their specific requirements

Engage in insightful discussions about basement finishing alternatives and potential areas of concern with prospective clients

Generate precise estimates and finalize sales agreements

Deliver unparalleled customer service and diligent follow-ups

Collaborate closely with our dedicated in-office team and on-field support to ensure seamless project execution

Provide training, guidance, and support to sales staff

Lead and participate in sales meetings

Your compensation in this sales role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000, dependent on your expertise and achievements. You'll benefit from predefined appointments and comprehensive training that will equip you with in-depth industry knowledge.

The perfect fit for this role:

Holds a minimum of 2 years' experience in in-home residential sales

Possesses at least 1 year of experience in basement finishing or related field

Is reliable with their own vehicle and laptop

Is comfortable earning on a 100% commission-based structure, along with team performance bonuses

Demonstrates superior people skills

Can efficiently work independently and as part of a team

Has a valid Drivers License

Cold calling or door knocking is not required
