Full description of the position

The Mission for Design Consultants is to bring in sales revenue to the company. This is accomplished by meeting with homeowners and securing contracts for bathroom remodeling projects. The Design Consultant is also responsible for generating referrals and reviews.

Outcomes

• Maintain a net close rate at 30% or above.
• Follow the Re-Bath Sales System.
• Become an expert on company product offerings.
• Learn to measure and price accurately.
• Participate in department and company meetings.
• Ensure routine maintenance and cleanliness of company provided vehicle.
• Support company mission of Pursuing an Exceptional Employee and Customer experience.
• Help to maintain the company's 4.9 Star Google rating by providing professional communication with customers.
