Topsider Building Systems (Clemmons, NC), designers and fabricators of distinctive high-end, custom post & beam homes, sold and shipped worldwide since 1968, is expanding its sales team. All contacts are responsive to inquiries made by prospective clients (NO cold calls). We do not sell modular or mobile homes and we are not a builder. Heavy phone and email contact NO travel.

COMPENSATION: $50k to $125k, including base salary, commission and incentives.

EXPERIENCE:

Candidates should have some basic knowledge of construction, remodeling, or design, ie, real estate, new home sales, building materials sales, interior design, mortgage banking, etc., so that there is a foundation which can be built upon during training which lasts approximately 30 days.

Candidates must have at least five years of professional consumer contact experience in sales.

Candidates must be computer literate, have the ability to craft written correspondence, and be comfortable working on the phone.

Some evening and Saturdays will be required. Well-traveled candidates, particularly those with coastal area experience, have an advantage, as our clients build throughout the US and abroad, primarily in coastal areas.

Topsider Homes' modern facilities are located on a 15-acre campus 10-minutes west of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, just off of I-40.
