Our product/sales training and In-Home Design Program give new consultants a solid foundation to begin building an extensive client base.

First-year sales consultants earn on average $65,000. Top performers earn on average $70,000 to 85,000 per year!

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, providing an exceptional level of engagement, and discovering furnishing needs and opportunities
• Helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Maintaining and cultivating relationships with prospective clients and existing customers
• Encouraging clients to partake in our Interior Design Program
• Assisting customers through the entire buying process - from purchase to delivery
• Achieving and driving sales goals - monthly and yearly
• Preserving the established team environment

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• One year of sales experience desired - retail sales preferred
• Understanding of, or ability to learn, how to operate a computer/Ipad
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Passion for working with people
• Basic computer knowledge
• Coachable, self-motivated individual ready to learn and improve
• Quick to connect and strong understanding of the sales process
• This position requires work on weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to see well enough to read printed materials, computer screens, and across the store
• Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with other employees
• Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the store and occasionally walk briskly
• Must be able to kneel to pick up items from the ground
• Must be able to move furniture lifting to 50 pounds
• Must be able to type and hold an iPad, type on a computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
