Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a retail setting to promote and sell AT&T products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Educate customers about AT&T offerings and assist them in selecting the most suitable products and services to meet their needs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of AT&T's product portfolio, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
