Our Real Estate firm is searching for a Leasing Consultant at our apartment community in for immediate hire. Offering excellent pay and commissions

Leasing professional must posses excellent customer service, leasing and marketing experience. This individual will greet applicants, schedule property tours and pre-qualify future applicants. (Prior leasing experience is preferred).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Leasing, greeting prospective applicants
• Touring the apartment community, benefits and answering phone calls and email inquiries from new applicants and/or current tenants.
• Assist in taking applications from qualified applicants, complete paperwork and computer data entries associated with leasing responsibilities
• Assists in maintaining weekly traffic log
• Assists in marketing efforts to promote the apartment community, including market surveys regarding the propertys market area, the competition and area amenities on a monthly basis.
• Assist in collecting rents, sending out delinquent notices and move-ins and move-outs
• Assist with lease renewals each month
• Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair housing and all other laws pertaining to Apartment Community.

Requirements:

• 2 years previous experience in Leasing and Property management is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer oriented and efficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management software programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Perrysburg, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
