Farmers Insurance located in Salem, OR is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. As a Farmers Insurance team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Farmers products including auto, home and life insurance....Established in 1928, one of the country's largest insurance groups with award-winning Claims Department available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers service their insurance policies through exciting life events.
• Ensure customers have the right level of coverage while identifying and resolving customer conflicts.
• Makes sales as needed to drive revenue.
• Engage in a robust sales with sales coaches and mentors to drive new business.
• Develop and maintain marketing programs.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health License preferred
• 3 years experience in insurance/sales preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with time management
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills

Pay: $48,010.00 - $250,000.00 per year
