Full description of the position

We are looking for a reliable individuals to manage & support all employee benefit programs for clients. Must have great communication skills and general knowledge of health insurance and employee benefits in the group health insurance markets.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design benefit programs ( health insurance, dental, vision, disability, life, and wellness etc.)
• Evaluate and negotiate with service providers & insurance carriers
• Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility
• Assist and support senior account manager with daily activities
• Manage and update online employee benefits portal using EASE program
• Open enrollment meetings and support

Skills

• Proven experience as benefits administrator or related work scope
• Solid understanding of different benefit plans ( health & dental insurance etc.) and relevant regulations
• Proficient in MS Office especially outlook email
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and dedicated to be a team player and great attendance
• General Knowledge of EASE benefits portal or Employee Navigator are a huge plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
