Job Description:
As a Marketing and Sales Assistant at Newline Trailer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that directly impact our sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Online Inventory Management: Post and update trailer inventory on our website and other online platforms.
• Social Media Marketing: Create and manage social media posts to promote our trailer dealership.
• Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and messages on Facebook, our website, and over the phone in a prompt and professional manner.
• Office Inventory: Keep track of and update office inventory as needed.
• Content Creation: Write and publish blog posts related to trailers.
• Phone Support: Answer incoming phone calls and provide information about our products and services.
• Physical Tasks: Be willing to assist with physical tasks such as moving and lifting trailer equipment (up to 30lbs).
• Product Knowledge: Continuously learn and educate yourself about trailer brands, models, hitches, and tires that we carry.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and being on your feet.
• Ability to lift at least 30lbs.
• Willingness to gain knowledge about trailers and related products.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
CLOSED SUNDAY & MONDAY!

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
